The Planks of Communism: Understanding Five, Six, and Seven

I am conducting a continuing series of articles on the 45 Planks of Communism as outlined in the 1958 book, The Naked Communist and we’re at number 5, 6 and 7 as they are somewhat related.  Most people are blissfully unaware of these 45 Planks—or that communism is still a threat in the world.  Many wished to believe that communism was gone for good when Soviet Russia fell from power and the Berlin Wall came crashing down.  Most people thought then as they do today that communism was synonymous with Russia, or China and that once those nations weren’t in the news every day, the way they were in the 80’s, that the threat was over.  But that’s not how it works.  Communism was in America under a direct attack by the KGB spy network working for the Kremlin in a race against time to beat The United States before Russia collapsed under its fiscal ineptitude.  Communism was being taught in America through the university system, had directly infiltrated the Democratic Party and softly corroded the Republicans with a new spin on the communist doctrine—the progressive.  The 3 Planks of Communism that need addressing now are seen below:

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

What many people in modern America forget is that the current “president” of Russia was Vladimir Putin, who was a member of the KGB during the 80’s when the last days off the Cold War were most threatening the Soviet Union.  Putin was an agent on the East German side of the Berlin Wall and was heavily active in counter-intelligence—(misleading information that the enemy doesn’t see coming.)  This explains much of the current behavior of Russia—especially toward the United States where the hapless Marxist trained Barack Obama is easily out-maneuvered by Putin.  Both Obama and Putin are trained in the ways of communism, but Putin has a lot more experience in counter-intelligence, leaving Obama witlessly out-maneuvered in most every engagement.  But for clarity, Russia has been seeking ways to undermine America for many decades as shown in the above three planks of communism—seeking long term loans to keep communism alive in the European theater extending all the way to the Pacific Coast, spreading America too thin by using capitalism as a Cloward and Piven strategy of overload and destruction.  The results can be seen today.  When there is trouble in central Africa, America is there to help, when there is trouble in the Middle East, America is there to help, when there is trouble in India, Laos, Taiwan, Japan, Europe, South America, The United States is always there.    Many KGB agents implementing the 45 Planks of Communism into American culture like Vladimir Putin knew how to use counter-intelligence to accomplish the task taking the good nature of America and using it against itself to destroy capitalism.  CLICK HERE FOR CLEAR EXAMLES AND INTERVIEWS OF HOW THIS HAS HAPPENED.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (Russian: Влади́мир Влади́мирович Пу́тин, IPA: [vɫɐˈdʲimʲɪr vɫɐˈdʲimʲɪrəvʲɪt͡ɕ ˈputʲɪn] ( listen) born 7 October 1952) is the President of Russia, a position he has held since 7 May 2012. He previously served as President from 2000 to 2008, and as Prime Minister of Russia from 1999 to 2000 and again from 2008 to 2012. During that last stint (2008 to 2012) he was also the Chairman of the United Russia political party.

For sixteen years Putin served as an officer in the KGB, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before he retired to enter politics in his native Saint Petersburg in 1991. He moved to Moscow in 1996 and joined President Boris Yeltsin‘s administration where he rose quickly, becoming Acting President on 31 December 1999 when Yeltsin resigned unexpectedly. Putin won the subsequent 2000 presidential election and was re-elected in 2004. Because of constitutionally mandated term limits, Putin was ineligible to run for a third consecutive presidential term in 2008. Dmitry Medvedev won the 2008 presidential election and appointed Putin as Prime Minister, beginning a period of so-called “tandemocracy”.[1] In September 2011, following a change in the law extending the presidential term from four years to six,[2] Putin announced that he would seek a third, non-consecutive term as President in the 2012 presidential election, an announcement which led to large-scale protests in many Russian cities. He won the election in March 2012 and is serving a six-year term.[3][4]

Many of Putin’s actions are regarded by the domestic opposition and foreign observers as undemocratic.[5] The 2011 Democracy Indexstated that Russia was in “a long process of regression [that] culminated in a move from a hybrid to an authoritarian regime” in view of Putin’s candidacy and flawed parliamentary elections,[6] and American diplomatic cables leaked by WikiLeaks allege that Russia has become a “virtual mafia state.”[7][8] Some critics describe him as a dictator,[9][10][11] allegations which Putin adamantly denies.

Putin joined the KGB in 1975 upon graduation, and underwent a year’s training at the 401st KGB school in Okhta, Leningrad. He then went on to work briefly in the Second Chief Directorate (counter-intelligence) before he was transferred to the First Chief Directorate, where among his duties was the monitoring of foreigners and consular officials in Leningrad.[37][38]

From 1985 to 1990, the KGB stationed Putin in DresdenEast Germany.[39] Following the collapse of the communist East German government, Putin was recalled to the Soviet Union and returned to Leningrad, where in June 1991 he assumed a position with the International Affairs section of Leningrad State University, reporting to Vice-Rector Yuriy Molchanov.[38] In his new position, Putin maintained surveillance on the student body and kept an eye out for recruits. It was during his stint at the university that Putin grew reacquainted with his former professor Anatoly Sobchak, then mayor of Leningrad.[40]

Putin finally resigned from the active state security services with the rank of lieutenant colonel on 20 August 1991 (with some attempts to resign made earlier),[40] on the second day of the KGB-supported abortive putsch against Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev.[41] Putin later explained his decision: “As soon as the coup began, I immediately decided which side I was on”, though he also noted that the choice was hard because he had spent the best part of his life with “the organs”.[42]

After the McCarthy hearings in America communists knew that they had to change their attack against the world starting with America—so they sought to legitimize communism in the world’s eyes by having countries that were communist in nature be included in word governing affairs.  This was the first step they utilized to bring legitimacy to communism while working the angle of counter-intelligence to place communism into the public consciousness of society.  It should be noted that Putin specifically was put in charge of surveillance at Leningrad State University specifically for the task of communist recruitment.  The same sort of measures were being conducted at American universities, where KGB insurgents would plant the seeds of communism at pot parties and other student activities hoping to sow the seeds of discontent among the next generation of young capitalists who were encouraged to embrace communism instead.  Largely, the attempt worked better than Putin and his other KGB operatives could have ever dared hope.

The goal of Russia from 1958 to the present was to legitimize communism in the eyes of the world while putting America on the guard, expending their resources on the world stage racking up massive debt so to implode on itself.  After all, advisors to Ronald Reagan told him that the U.S.S.R in spite of the Beatles attempt to soften their image with their popular song, was choking on communism and could not out-spend America with their space program, or military.  So Reagan turned up the spending and forced Russia into bankruptcy, destroying their nation with fiscal collapse.  The KGB method was a slower burn, and is just now taking its effect in America.  Putin, with all his modern smugness, senses the blood in the water, and is baiting America to its doom.   As a counter-intelligence officer for the KGB, Putin sees where America is heading because he was a part of the initial strategy.

Modern America thought the war against communism was over when the calendar year of 1990 hit.  But the KGB had planted the seeds of communism in the media, in education, in business, and virtually everywhere that human beings endeavored—and those seeds have grown up to sprout leaves as complete plants.  The blooms of communism are alive for all to see today under the changed name of progressivism—and the counter-intelligence of the KGB—of people like Putin was so effective that people do not see it even when they look directly at it with their own eyes.  It is communism that drives the local school levy, it is communism that halts business in favor “green technology,” it is communism that holds the world in paralysis through indecision over even basic concepts of goodness.  Communism is alive and it is still a threat.  Their solitary enemy is capitalism—the complete and utter destruction of everything that is built off that economic philosophy.  And they are chomping at the bit for their long term plans to grow into the poison that will destroy America for good.

The Shame of Lakota: Exploiting the unsophisticated to hide their mismanagment

Over the weekend the “For Lakota” group of naïve, well-intentioned parents hit the neighborhoods talking up support for the levy.  As I watched them, I saw nice people who truly mean well going door to door trying to win votes for a massive tax increase on property owners.  They believe with all their hearts that what they are doing is best for the children—and a part of me admired their effort.  But, that doesn’t make them right, just well-intentioned.  A zombie craves blood and the sacrificial sustenance from others to survive.  From a certain point of view, even a zombie can be made to look innocent and compassionate—after all they simply want to live—it doesn’t matter if they consume others to do it.  They don’t want to die, so to continue, they must consume flesh.  The same holds true of the Lakota Levy supporter who has grown over time to believe that the Lakota schools are the only means of redemption for their children, so they hit the streets going door to door talking to the people of the community with a friendly smile, and information they are taking directly to the voters.  I found myself feeling sorry for those poor people the way I do a dog that has been dropped off on the side of a highway for abandonment.  The dog looking crushed because the love of its life abandoned it for convenience seeks desperately for direction—and there are always only three possible fates for the lost dog—it can become wild and eat scraps the rest of its life, it may be captured by animal control and end up in a kennel possibly finding a home, but likely being put to sleep, or it will be hit by a car sending it to a grueling, painful death.  Those are the metaphors I thought of watching the For Lakota people go door to door with their pro tax information.  The reason I felt that way is shown on the chart seen below which shows the real story of the Lakota Levy of 2013.Comparisons of Enrollment (NXPowerLite)

On the chart, it is obvious the student enrollment will decrease dramatically in the years to come, yet Lakota plans to spend extraordinary amounts of money on salaries inflating wages that already average over $63K per year exacerbating them even further.  In fact, the salary proposals are reckless—even by my standards.  The graph shows clearly how much money should be budgeted based on enrollment numbers if all things stayed the same—and teachers with staff kept their current inflated wages.  If enrollment at Lakota was 17,000 students per year, the budget should be $150 million.  Yet it is clear by the chart that enrollment will drop down to under 16,000 by the year 2017 yet Lakota is proposing to pay employees at rates suitable to a school enrollment of around 18,000 students.  The well-intentioned “For Lakota” volunteers going door to door obviously don’t care, or have not been told that the school is planning to over-pay their employees and carry staff that isn’t needed due to a 2000 student reduction in overall enrollment.  They are simply mindlessly conveying the talking points given to them by the school.

The literature those volunteers are passing out states emphatically that the tax increase proposal is going for building upgrades, instructional technology, software and computers that will allow students to learn on the type of advanced systems that are needed to give them an advantage in preparing for higher education.  Preparing current academic programs and modernizing courses.  Offering additional art, music, and physical education for grades 4-6.  Offering bus service to students in grades 2-6 who live farther than a mile from school.  Encouraging participation in extra-cirriculars by reducing fees.  Strengthening school security and maintaining current facilities.  In other words, Lakota wishes to back-track from the mistakes they made trying to force previous levies down the community’s throat, and now want to offer all those items as though there were some type of bonus—like buying a special item on an $19.95 infomercial—then learning you get not just one—but two if you act now.  The scam is all the same.

The literature from the For Lakota campaign goes on to state that the current budget is balanced, that they cut annual spending by $20.8 million, that salaries for all teachers and support staff have been frozen for the last 3 years (except for educational advancement—getting master’s and doctorate degrees—etc), and that the last levy was approved in 2005—the same year that YouTube was started.  What all that nonsense is missing is the information on the chart above.  Everything stated might justify a few million dollars as far as security, along with brick and mortar costs.  The rest is from unmanaged salaries driven by collective bargaining agreements.

The sadness I felt for the levy supporters was the same as might be felt for an abandoned dog.  Lakota knows what they are doing—they have the same information that is shown on that chart—because the numbers come from the same sources.  They know that they are misleading the public at large—they know it full well.  Yet they allow the very gullible, and numerically challenged to continue to mis-represent themselves with emotional statements that facts don’t support.

The truth is in the chart above, declining enrollment cannot be hidden from the public.  Lakota is trying to do everything it can to get people to look at everything but what the real financial situation is—and that is Lakota will have to have large lay-offs just to deal with the current reality.  Even with their work-reductions they could still keep their inflated wages and even offer pay increases—but they would have to reduce their staff considerably—which they will have to do one way or the other.  With those facts known, Lakota will be operating with massive budget surpluses till 2017 where they plan to ask for more money then, and again around 2021, then again around 2025 going on forever.  Every levy attempt will add around an additional $16 dollars per month to most house payments.  For new residents who have come from high tax zones, especially from the East, that may not seem like a big deal.  But for long-term residents like me who have been in the area for many decades and plan to remain for many more I can easily see taxes per $100,000 in assessment going up $100 by 2025—and there is no reason for it other than the misleading statements provided on the For Lakota literature.  The information is misleading because there is money for those things right now—without a levy, and next year there will be even more, because declining enrollment will drive the surplus.  But that is only if Lakota does the management side of their jobs and cut employees based on student enrollment.  This means the only reason for the current levy is to avoid the painful process of cutting workers at Lakota to directly respond to enrollment needs.  Lakota has a lack of will to engage in that process—and that is why it is sad to see them using the efforts of nice people to cover their crimes of indecision and mismanagement.
