Dear Speaker Boehner: When will you decide to impeach the President?

John Boehner, do you remember when I sent you a letter one year ago urging you to impeach President Obama over the appointment of Richard Cordray for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau?  To refresh your memory I stated: “Obama used a loophole in the recess rules to appoint Corday and he’s not the first president to do so. Both Bush’s used this practice, Reagan did, Teddy Roosevelt did, but Obama has taken it to a new level with this “bending” of the interpretation of the Constitution terminology with an activism that is shockingly disrespectful.

You can see the original letter as I wrote it at the link below.  Your office also has a copy of the letter.

https://overmanwarrior.wordpress.com/2012/01/18/impeach-obama-domestic-enemies-must-be-dealt-with/

I know at the time you thought my statements were extreme, and a radical utterance from one of those crazy gun wielding right-wingers that lives down the road from your house.  You didn’t listen because you shook hands with the president, played golf with the guy, and you thought you were in a better position than I to understand the character of the president.

However, I would say that you have found yourself seduced by an intoxicant that Obama spews from every pour when he engages people with voice and touch.  You know you’ve received it when he places his hand on your back after a handshake to pat you like a dog for your loyalty.  I’ve watched him do it to you, and I know you’ve been seduced by it, because I can see it in your eyes.

But John Boehner of West Chester, Ohio, you have to fight off that seduction by such a destructive human being.  Obama is playing a dangerous game of conquest not with bows and arrows, tanks, or even armies, but one of peaceful ideology that corrupts the body of America the same way that the plague of Europe killed off a large part of that population before anybody knew they were sick.   Obama is a sickness for America and I think you are beginning to see it.

With this sudden realization now that some history is behind my words, have a look at my letter again shown at the link above, and consider how much pain you could have saved if you had listened to what I said then.  Think of the benefit to the economy, think of the lives that would have been enhanced, think of the power you have lost in just one year now that Obama has been re-elected.  You better learn from the past and act properly in the future; otherwise you won’t have a House in Congress to be the leader of.  You better start to fight America’s domestic enemies with the kind of ruthlessness that they use to attack, and come to grips with the actions they are conducting of which you are in a position to rebuke.

I thought the appointment of Richard Cordray was an impeachable offence, but a year later, Obama’s unconstitutional power grabs seem silly relative to the other crimes he has committed against the same Constitution you and he were sworn to protect.  Obviously Obama is attacking the Constitution, and through your behavior, you are unintentionally complicit.  I would advise that you get serious about this game and use the power you have been given to stop the progress of the kind of domestic enemies who wish to change our way of life at the expense of our own good-will.  And I would also suggest that you do not ignore the warning signs from your constituents when they are given to you.  It might save you tremendous headaches in the future.

Geithner’s Insult to America: What Progressives Really Want

Lucky for Tim Geithner that I wasn’t sitting across from him when the White House instructed him to tell the Republicans on the Hill that cuts to the deficit were not on the table during the “fiscal cliff” negotiations and only tax increases to the wealthy were an option. I don’t blame Mitch McConnell at all for bursting out into laughter at such a ridiculous proposal. I recognize that McConnell and Speaker Boehner have enriched themselves greatly as public servants, but they are at least functioning from the real world when it comes to matters of finance. Geithner and Socialist Obama aren’t even functioning from this planet—but rather are hell-bent on their Marxist dreams concocted during college pot parties about destroying the rich so the poor can thrive—attacking the bourgeois class then giving power to the proletariat through legally sanctioned theft. Geithner and Obama represent the destructive socialist nature of the modern academic, and are not at all interested in managing the finances of America by reducing the debt. Their only concern is to act as domestic terrorists by wreaking the economy so that the wealth of America will be redistributed throughout the world. You can read about Mitch McConnell’s reaction in the Huffington Post, CLICK HERE.

As people who have had to sit across from me in these kinds of talks can attest—with much less at stake, I would have likely knocked Tim Geithner’s fu**ing head clean off and kicked it across the Atlantic Ocean back to Europe where Geithner and Obama’s world vision belongs, upon hearing such a ridiculous and insulting negotiating position. It is offensive to listen to these progressive fools utter the kind of nonsense that they are advocating in this current fiscal crisis. It would appear that all progressives no matter what level of office they hold perform in the same terrorist fashion. They evade the truth, build their case with emotion, and look for consensus among the ill-informed and down-right stupid to back their infantile strategies hoping that democratic thuggery can trump intelligence in the court of public opinion. They use fear to sell their distorted ideas and that makes them terrorists by any definition.

Even in my local school district of Lakota where I was on the front line of three tax increase defeats progressive education specialists refused to listen to the will of the voters and instead lobbied for yet another tax increase attempt—just like the idiots in the current White House. The people who backed me on the tax defeats told the school to simply reduce their labor costs by 5% so the district could live within their current budget—which would have required the school management to instruct the labor union to take a 5% cut in pay—or take a hike—which progressive management refused to do. Infuriated I let my anger explode at the ridiculous progressive policies that had emerged from educators in my community as it became clear that financial sustainability was not the objective of the school, but a radical wealth-redistribution scam advanced by labor unions hiding behind the façade of government support. The goal of the tax levies was not to educate children, or to even have a good school. It is to increase taxes to the extent that the “wealthy” pay more in the form of higher taxes on their property so that wealth redistribution can take place. Progressives in education are willing to destroy anything that gets in their way, including the communities they pretend to serve, in order to advance their radical agendas, and they do it with the same selfless conviction of a World War II kamikaze pilot from Japan.

Geithner and Obama are doing the exact same thing in the macrocosm of national politics that I have seen at local schools everywhere—it is all part of the same progressive battle plan. It has nothing to do with money management, and everything to do with radical change in stealing from the bourgeoise and strengthening the proletariat without the wealth being earned by those characters—and they get by with it because nobody understands history or the definitions of what progressives are really up to. Geithner thought he could pull the wool over everyone’s eyes with his gross insult to America and not propose cuts to the deficit. But only an attack on capitalism was put on the table to curb spending that Obama is guilty of perpetuating. Geithner is lucky he is dealing with politicians who have soft hearts because they have gotten wealthy off the public dime, like McConnell and Boehner—and Obama. McConnell only laughed at the ridiculous proposal. I see it as an invasion of my country by domestic enemies from academia.

The only issue that should be on the table in 2013 is a reduction of the deficit. At $16 trillion dollars there is no other matter of importance that should be on anybody’s mind. Even I said two weeks ago that Republicans should cave on the tax increases so that the socialist Democrats can choke on their decisions. But my concession was based on budget cuts which it would be assumed would be a foregone conclusion. However, Democrats have shown their cards at the negotiating table and they are not playing the same kind of game that the rest of us are playing. They are looking to undermine America with even more debt and to break the ideological back of tradition with a fury that no American is comfortable in admitting. Geithner showed his hand, and that is the intention, which is why my reaction would have been much more violent than McConnell’s. The strategy of Obama and his goons is insulting and obvious to anybody with basic intelligence. Unfortunately many people have shown that they are willing to look the other way so long as Obama, Geithner and the other White House terror squad are willing to steal on behalf of the proletariat and level the playing field for the lazy, the corrupt, and the destitute in exchange for a vote at election time.

Politicians Who Ask for Tax Increases: They are all guilty of mismanagement

Sadly, the days that online sales will remain tax-free are coming to an end as money-grubbing politicians addicted to altruism look to every crevice of the economy to loot money satisfying their name-plate addictions.  California has already taken such steps and given the massive amount of online sales conducted during the 2012 Holiday Season, politicians strapped for cash and needing even more taxes to cover their gross mismanagement look for additional revenue to disguise their tendency to legalized theft for the political class.

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0912/81239.html

What big government advocates neglect to consider is that small tax supporters see the management of the current tax structure as pathetically foolish.  Who in their right mind would give more money to a spending addict, and that is what almost every politician in office is, no matter how big or small the office.  Politicians are disconnected from the money because it isn’t theirs to begin with and once they learn that they can gain great power by doing favors for demographic groups of voters, and that power enriches them in ways they could never achieve in legitimate business, they are hooked for life—so only an idiot would advocate giving more money to those kinds of people.  The situation is really reprehensible, and I simply don’t wish to support legalized theft.  The theft is legalized because it is law makers who make up the laws that they use to gain wealth from normal every day people who elect them to manage governmental affairs, then discover too late that they must pay their taxes at the amounts the politicians dictate, or go to jail.  That is why it is called legalized theft.

Internet sales have been thriving largely because sales tax on the internet has not been collected allowing profit to drive online businesses with almost pure capitalism that has been one of the saving graces in the American economy.  Brick and mortar stores are complaining that online businesses are free of the kind of restrictions that they are under—which is true.  Even companies like Best Buy are considering shutting down their real stores in favor of an online model similar to what Amazon.com function under—mostly to avoid the cost of those buildings—driven largely by looting tax laws.  That is after all what happened to Blockbuster Video.

The correct direction for America would be to eliminate sales tax for all retail shopping, so pure competition can determine winners from losers, but that will never happen without bloodshed now that politicians have become addicted to the tax revenue from sales tax.  More taxes allow poor management to hide their incompetency, and all politicians no matter what their ideological stances are managers who have been hired to manage the affairs of the electorate.  When a politician asks for more money they are admitting that they have failed in their management of taxes, and in America, California has been the worst of the worst culprit in mismanaging tax revenue.  This is why they are now taxing online sales revenue in a hopeless bid to keep their brick and mortar businesses from fleeing the state from high tax rates. Meanwhile politicians can throw more stolen money to their public employees and other grossly mismanaged mishaps for a few more years with the additional revenue without a care as to the long-term peril that their actions will have on the national economy as a whole.

Tax increases are the demands of the incompetent and addicted driven personalities of over-indulgence, and they should be eliminated by starving them out of existence.  Giving such lunatics more of anything is only perpetuating evil as it feeds off the collective welfare of the good and productive.  Taxes are therefore a form of evil, because they allow bad and corrupt personalities to rule over their intellectual betters with the legal mechanisms of democratic rule.  Such realizations have been glazed over as the last refuge of the freedom minded has fled online to hide in cyberspace from the long arm of the bureaucrat.  But not anymore, taxes are coming to the internet because enough people didn’t stand their ground and fight off the fools. Instead they yielded like they always do to more tax grabs by the very worst that human society produces, the popularity contest propelled politician and their vanquished souls of mismanagement.  It is because of such politicians that the American economy suffers, and it is the fault as well as all who are complicit with their silence.  The economic downward spiral of modern society has the blood of all such people on their hands with both their simplistic power plays and their mild acceptance of such evils operating with full understanding of a treacherous tomorrow ushered in by the follies of politicians.
