A Lesson from Sports: We will have a reason to celebrate once again

Tampa Bay as I have said many times is a place, I consider to a be a second home.  I love the football team there, it’s been that way for years.  I love the Tampa Bay Buccaneers every year, even when they lose a lot like they did last year where they had a 7 and 9 season.   I think sports are important because it creates a nice little microcosm about life, what works as a culture and what doesn’t for people to see and cheer for.  As I said, most of the results fall far short of any big prize, but its fun to watch and root for something that you can share with other people.  This past season for the Bucs I was more upset because the general manager had pulled off some great contractual miracles in signing Tom Brady and some other big names and it looked to be just the thing the Buccaneers needed, veteran leadership that could finally take them over the top.   But that is if there’d be an NFL season at all.  The NFL got a lot of criticism for going so far woke, in allowing players not to stand for the national anthem, in allowing Black Lives Matters to imprint messages in the endzones, but I was more forgiving not just because I like the product, but that I appreciate the bigger game for what it is.  Roger Goodell managed to keep the NFL viable and the lunatic health people found a way to have the games even if the entire preseason was cancelled.  So the football season started, even though at first it felt as if the whole thing might come crashing down in a moment.  But up to that point, Covid was bigger than everything and I was really worried that if that ever happened to American Football, that we might never recover as a country.

Our nation needed it, the weekly games, the highlights on the news, something else to think about besides Covid lockdowns.  The Bucs did well, but not well enough.  They lost some key games to the Saints, to the Chiefs and Bears that I thought were going to ruin the entire season.  But by December Tom Brady showed why he’s much more than a quarterback by getting the team functioning on all cylinders as they continued to win the rest of the games for the year on into the playoffs.  And it was a thing of beauty to watch, even if you weren’t a Tampa Bay Buc fan.  It was good to see that part of our culture come back to life.  By the time the Bucs went to the Super Bowl in their own stadium, which has been talked about in Tampa for so many years it was so good to watch so many big gambling efforts come together perfectly only to have the Bucs beat the Chiefs so convincingly.  Really it came back as investments of the team owners, the Glazers had made into their own organization which were paying off now in a perfect storm of unlikely circumstances that just felt good.  It reminded me that with all the seasons and hoping that often go into any kind of sports support, that sometimes you do get a payoff and it is worth the effort when it does.

I couldn’t help but think of Donald Trump and the state of Republican politics through all this, because honestly, it’s a very similar game.  As hopeless as things can sometimes appear, a good play here, a good play there, and suddenly you have something to cheer for again.  As exciting as it was to see the Bucs win another Super Bowl I could see it clearly where I would feel even better about future wins in the House and Senate culminating in a new president in 2024.  That the hopeless situation of today is largely a manufactured reality that has a shelf life and our hopes, needs and dreams will outlast them easily.   I approach every season of the Bucs with enthusiasm but by the last week I’m already looking toward the next year.  And its been that way for decades.  They went to the Super Bowl in 2003 before going again this past year and every year in between I went through the same ups and downs that everyone goes through only to end up disappointed with the end result.  However, it is worth it when you invest yourself in these kinds of things to see it all come together in a nice, beautiful package of success.  And in politics, we will smile again, we will have hope again, we will have revenge for what has been done to us.  We will have revenge for the debts, we will have revenge for the wokeness, the censorship, the massive expansion of government overreach.  We will have options again and it will feel great to see those victories.

With all that value, I’m not one who just writes off sports as anything short of a important social value.  If the rest of the world could organize their sports the way we do in America, they certainly would.  But they don’t have the kind of culture that creates the circumstances.  Sports therefor becomes so reflective on the kind of values we truly have as a culture.  And its good to see that winning is still one of the most important attributes that we all still share.  Winning is still important enough to drive the sporting market and push through all the government nonsense just to play a game and see what happens.   In a year where it looked like a fantasy for anything to become bigger than Covid, the NFL managed to stay open long enough to complete a full season and to show us all that life could return to normal, somewhat.  And that people like me who have rooted for the Buccaneers every year for decades could see happiness again even if it came from unlikely places.  The lesson is that the games of life are worth playing.   Victory is just out there often with one good try here and there.   Eventually, when its due to us, we’ll get it, and we’ll love it!

Wokeness Will Soon Be Out of Fashion: And not a moment too soon

People will do a great many things to survive, if they think there is a real danger to themselves and the people they care about, they’ll follow the rules of a loser government up to a point.  During the last year of Covid we have watched most people take a wait and see approach to the perceived danger.  If that culture says to watch what you say about some woke aspect of a culture, they’ll play along as long as it doesn’t cost them anything.  But the minute that the government can no longer prove that there is a danger, or that the danger is noticeably overblown, people will quickly move to their own values.  That means this massive investment in social construct, into accepting transgender politics, equalization among the sexes, in open border advocacy, are false constructs that do not represent the values of normal people.  They will only listen to such arguments out of self-preservation from an overreaching set of government bureaucrats.  When the values of a society are not aligned with the needs of that society, rule breaking will then become the respectable norm.  But blind adherence to a social norm that is created by a tyrannical government is not natural and will be abandoned by a population at the first opportunity. 

Just as the belief from the government was that Covid would bring us all a new normal, where the rules of Covid protocols would dictate a change in social norms.  As if people would accept for the rest of their lives that we would have to wear masks, that we would have to socially distance.  That all the ridiculousness in avoiding Covid would become the standard government procedure.  I have been enjoying lately watching people come back to life, one year after Covid was shoved into our lives we can see the signs of a world post Covid returning to normal.  Its little things here and there, like the Tampa Bay Bucs parade for winning the Super Bowl where people enjoyed life without socially distancing or wearing the dumb masks and the media had very little to say about it. I was at a few restaurants this past week while the NCAA tournaments were on and they were packed.  People were ready to spend money.  The idea of going to baseball games and actually filling up stadiums again are very much on people’s minds.  This was not the intention of the government doomsayers who were intent to change our society to a new normal.  People want normal again, and nothing else.  And that will be the same type of situation with wokeness.  People must want the market trends; they can’t be imposed on everyone just to stick out of regulation.  Without people believing in why we do things, any trend that is put forth will lack its own energy to maintain itself for any kind of duration. 

Whenever I watch one of these academic approaches to social mind control, I find it bewildering that the participants are so stupid.  I mean we all have access to the same books, the same history of human behavior.  Much of this stuff is well studied, yet time and time again they think that they have mastered the efforts for change and that people will drop their need for personal rebellion and suddenly seek instructions for their basic existence.  And that is always at the heart of most progressive governments where they believe that at the heart of all management problems among a society is a large central government to manage the affairs of everyone.  They have no evidence that states that such a large central government was ever successful, yet they plan as if it’s always been the case ignoring the obvious warning signs of social discontent.  China for their own problems has clearly bitten off too much for themselves.  They now have the world captivated to their cause, but they do not have a history of success to display they actually know what they are doing.  China has problems managing their society everywhere.  Particularly among their men.  They have feminized their males; they have too tightly controlled their females.  They are not inventive and are showing massive problems on the horizon that a large government will never be able to inspire growth out of.  Yet they are the ones setting policy controls through the media to steer society from one woke policy to another. 

It will be with the same lack of fanfare that the woke trends of our times now will fall away into ridiculousness as the social controls of today are scrutinized beyond defense.  People will accept the opposite of what we call wokeness now, the default mode will be the opposite—everything but wokeness.  It just takes too much work to think about all these pronoun problems, and all the overly sensitive modes of engagement meant to make lazy people feel less bad about themselves.  There will be a day not so far away where people will make fun of woke terms the way people now make fun of bell bottoms and other outdated social trends that in hindsight make us wonder what we were thinking when we came up with them.  History will remember the criticism, it won’t remember the act itself or what caused it, because neither was created out of necessity, but in an arrogant attempt at social engineering by inferior academic pin heads.  And when it does, we will all have a good, needed laugh.  We will make fun of the losers who created so much trouble for us because they’ll deserve the ridicule.  They’ll deserve our criticism spectacularly.  And the more we do it, the more healthy our society will be as a warning to those future micromanagers, to keep their dumb ideas to themselves and not to transfer to the rest of us all their neurosis.  For as thick as it feels today, we will surely enjoy the snap back into reality for which we are all owed.  It will be a good day when that happens, and we all certainly deserve to see woke culture ridiculed to the ends of the earth with great fanfare.

The Puppet President: Proof of a shadow government every time Biden talks

I would direct your attention to the South Carolina primary where Biden was on the ropes and had to win.  If you’ll remember about that time all the other candidates decided to rally behind Biden and he ended up winning that primary and suddenly from there on he was the front runner.  Clearly the entire event was orchestrated by invisible handlers who were not part of the presidential story.  Then it got worse from there as the Biden campaign refused to let him hit the road, kept him locked in his house while they used Covid-19 as an excuse not to campaign traditionally.  Then we saw Trump work his ass off to win 75 million votes only to have the election stolen away with an impossible number of voters being counted days after the election to eventually give Biden the presidency.  The message to all of us was that the handlers were never going to allow us to have President Trump.  They were clear in letting us all know that the presidency was not controlled by the people of America.  Even though its supposed to be, the message was clear to us, they were going to give us Biden, even as dumb and slow as he was, and we were going to live with it.  They were almost rubbing our faces in it. 

Of course, this isn’t a sustainable position.  We have all assumed for centuries that we elect our presidents through elections, and people are going to resent not having control of their government.  They won’t put up with this caricature set-up that we see now.  In the short run people will go along because they are civil, but as things go, the expectation will be that a shadow government unelected is not going to be acceptable.  I have no fear that this caricature style president that we have with Joe Biden will last long.  But that it is so obvious is an excellent learning opportunity to take what we are seeing and apply it to the theory of conspiracy theories going back decades.  When people have said that all American presidents, except for President Trump have been owned and operated by a shadow government since the beginning, there is now proof of that behavior.  Its no longer a theory.  What is new though is the lack of hiding it from the public any longer.

It will be interesting to see how long this Biden caricature can continue, how much or how long people will put up with it.  Typically, people don’t care about government positions unless they get in the way of people’s lives.  But even the ceremonial stuff like Biden addressing the nation on the 1-year anniversary of Covid is flat and eventless.  People get that the silly Covid speech was only constructed to help sell that the government needed to do what it did to alleviate the crises—for which they created—but Biden could barely even deliver the lines.  He can’t even play the puppet well without all the stuffing coming out during the performance.  And people won’t put up with that.  If they are going to be lied to, they expect the politicians to at least put on a show about it so not to make people look like such suckers following such an oaf.  Joe Biden is no Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan, people who could at least read the script and make people feel like the president was in charge instead of an army of unelected bureaucrats hiding in the shadows. 

We also know now why Trump was so successful and was able to achieve so much in a short period of time.  Because as an executive, he was able to actually solve problems.  In the past, the shadow government people proved to be incompetent and presidents didn’t know to question things.  They just read the speeches that were provided to them.  But Trump didn’t need any of them and was able to actually fix things the way normal people would.  Yet that was never the way it was supposed to be, presidents were not supposed to be in charge.  We were only supposed to believe they were.  In reality, they were to remain controlled by the shadow government.  What’s good is that at least now, we are talking about the actual shadow government instead of speculating about its existence.  Everyone can see it; they are just off stage from where Joe Biden is, and they now have to spend all their time trying to hold him up.  And when he drifts off message, they are the ones who put up the color bars and cut the transmission.  We are seeing the shadow government more than we ever have before.  So, if there is anything good to come out of all this it’s that we no longer think of such things as a conspiracy. 

I often measuring things by pressure, you can learn about the truth of something as pressure will reveal behavior based on the forces acting on it.  As a response to President Trump being elected in 2016, which nobody thought would happen apparently, the shadow government got caught flat footed.  This forced them to double and triple down during this election season of 2020.  They didn’t even care if they got caught tip toeing through the paint in the corner.  They just wanted control back, which is what we are seeing.  They picked Joe Biden way back at the South Carolina primary because he wasn’t very smart, wasn’t going to cause them trouble, and wouldn’t be a challenge to them in the least.  And we are seeing the cost of that decision.  The cost to them is in the lack of credibility.  It costs them everyday to send Joe Biden out to talk nonsense only to stumble through the lines aimlessly.  It hurts the brand of the shadow government to have such a knuckle dragger representing them.  But to have a nice compliant puppet they had to pick Joe Biden.  Their need for control exceeds their need for credibility.  Obviously, they have realized that when it comes to presidents, they can’t have both.

Hemingway’s at Bass Pro Shops Springfield: An escape from political incompetency

By now surely, you’ve seen my article on how the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri was my idea of Heaven on earth.  The experience was so good that I am following it up with a second part to talk about the great restaurant they have there, Hemingway’s.  It was such a good experience that it deserves its own commitment to sentiment.  But context is needed of course. Hemingway’s was a great restaurant in its own right, and anybody who wants to go out on a Friday night to have a nice dinner would want to just go straight to Bass Pro Shops there in Springfield and eat at Hemingway’s which is a classy sea food place that has all you can eat fish and chips on Friday evenings.  In the world of Covid protocols and having to travel through several blue states that were out of control on mask mandates and much of the south in Texas and Oklahoma that were shut down due to power problems and burst water lines, our visit to Hemingway’s was extraordinarily good, because after many thousands of miles of travel through harsh conditions, it was the first restaurant we were able to stop at where we could sit down and eat and have something of a normal night out together, as we are accustom to as Americans.  After all, we traveled all over New Mexico and only found one restaurant that we were able to sit down and eat at as tourists.  Every other place we had to grab take out and take it back to our RV or eat in the car, which was stupid. Then for the vast sums of miles over a huge portion of the country there just wasn’t power or water.  So, in many ways our stop at Springfield Missouri was a dream come true because I was getting tired of dealing with the effects of stupid liberalism.  It was liberalism that caused much of the trouble in Texas and Oklahoma and it was certainly liberalism that shut down all the restaurants in New Mexico.  Hemingway’s at the Bass Pro Shops in Springfield Missouri was a wonderful oasis that couldn’t have come soon enough, and to say I appreciated it was a vast understatement.

We have come to not appreciate how easy it is to get food these days.  If we want to go out to eat, we do it and can find fulfilment quickly.  But since the government has used Covid-19 to grab power and destroy logic micromanaging all our lives we’ve seen restaurants going down left and right barely staying open as the stupidity of liberal governors has destroyed the markets in their overcontrolling states.  In our case this wasn’t a regional problem, it was experienced over a vast portion of the United States and if we hadn’t had an RV, we wouldn’t have been able to eat regularly while traveling.  Now that would have been fine with the liberal governors because they didn’t want traveling through their state anyway, and they certainly suddenly didn’t care about tourism.  This new woke corporatism that we are experiencing is all about giving up profits to do the right thing from their warped perspective.  That means that service industries are suddenly giving you the middle finger everywhere you go because they don’t want your business.  They are either being put out of business by their government or the government is giving them a subsidy to be closed or operate in a limited capacity.  That said, in the past when you were willing to give your money to a little hole in the wall somewhere, they appreciated it. But not anymore.  The damage done by Covid protocols to tamper with the free market aspect of all businesses has ushered in a really dark period of government control that has ruined the service industry.  So even if you do find a place open, you likely won’t get a very enthusiastic experience.

We are also used to driving a few miles down the road to find something better if you run into a bad experience while on the road.  But for hundreds and hundreds of miles, we found that it was either mask mandates that were ruining the experience, or physical water problems where you couldn’t even use the rest room because they didn’t have any running water.  My wife and I had stopped at the Big Texan down in Amarillo and there we were able to have something of a normal dining experience.  Yet after over a week on the road, we could have counted those experiences with two fingers, and while we were in Amarillo, our campsite was covered with six inches of snow and I was worried the entire meal about ever getting our RV out of its spot so we could continue to travel.  There was a very real possibility that we were going to be stuck there for a few days while the snow melted.  So even though the Big Texan was a wonderful place to stop by and grab a burger, it was hard for me to enjoy knowing some of the challenges I had ahead of us—like being able to leave the next day.  My wife and I even stayed at the Big Texan RV park because it advertised an indoor pool, a limo ride to the Big Texan and a whole bunch of fun service amenities.  But when we arrived the pool was down because it was so cold, all the limos were snowed in, and there was no snow upkeep on the property.  This after 10 hair raising days of bad weather and limited access to services because the New Mexican governor had tight clamps on all economic activity due to Covid.  So literally our next stop after Amarillo was Hemingway’s at Springfield Missouri.

There, things were normal, we arrived late on a Friday night hungry as Hell and ready to relax.  We had driven hard all day for two days and over all that time couldn’t find any place, not even a gas station that was fully operational and not psycho over mask mandates.  Even Texas had mask mandates, so it was pretty ridiculous to deal with.  And the employees at Hemingway’s were wearing masks which disappointed me at first.  But they didn’t let it get in the way of the experience and the atmosphere was so good, and they not only had running water, but they had waterfalls everywhere and a big aquarium behind the bar that we were so grateful for the hint at normalcy.  We took our time eating the all you can eat fish and chips because we literally hadn’t had a good meal for a long time.  A good meal that was worry free.  It was certainly one of those experiences that I will never forget.  I was so appreciative of the good food, the atmosphere, but the audacity of it all.  That Bass Pro in all its capitalist glory had such a great restaurant on their property which could overcome all the nuances of political incompetence which had been so prevalent on our trip was something I wouldn’t soon forget.  And it came in the unlikeliest of places at a time most appreciated.

The Windmills of Texas was a Terrible, Liberal Idea: When Democrats want to kill people to save their idea of the earth worship

I’ve seen them before, the windmills that are now part of so many power grids all across the nation.  Recently on a long drive through the American West I was able to see them up close as many truckers who supply our many businesses do, driving down from Kansas into Oklahoma and on into Texas and New Mexico you can’t miss them.  There are vast expanses of those windmills for as far as you can see.  It was a major investment that was impressive.  The size of them was impressive.  But after a while they lose their mystique and they just become eye pollution.  Now, if they worked wonderfully, perhaps all that eye noise on the vast landscape would be worth it.  But as we learned especially in Texas as they were hit with a century unique snowstorm, which I was right in the middle of, that the windmills froze up and became useless making many people in Texas completely vulnerable to the zero-degree temperatures.  It was a complete disaster to allow wind power to become such a part of the Texan power grid, its no wonder that the governor Greg Abbott was the first state in the country this week in removing the statewide mask mandate.  After that mess, he owed the people of Texas some relief, which he’s a good governor and was smart enough to realize.  The lesson here was that if you follow liberal policies, even a little bit, that doom is soon to follow and that is precisely what happened to Texas with its over commitment to wind power. 

Fortunately, I was there to be able to see that disaster up close, the windmill failures.  I felt sorry for everyone, but luckily, Texas was able to get back to warmer weather much faster than other parts of the country would have been, if not the deaths would have been much higher.  This was just another example of how stupid liberal energy policies are, or just mitigations for what they perceive as climate change.  Every year California goes through their wildfire season which is essentially a massive case of mismanagement of forest undergrowth because they put perceived environmental concerns over the logic of real science that is beneficial to human beings.  The desire to eliminate human energy footprints in the world due to superstitious concerns has proved to be the most treacherous aspect of their energy policies, which can be seen obviously in the loss of power in Texas during the 2021 unique snowstorm.  Its exactly the same kind of lunacy as we have experienced under Covid-19.  Bad liberal management of resources and future forecasts of crises management.  The amount of failures that we are seeing that come from liberal policies should terrify anybody downstream of their mistakes and the evidence is now impossible to ignore. 

In Ohio, there was much scandal made of the Ohio Republicans in conjunction with the bailouts of two nuclear power plants.  In spite of the FBI assisting efforts of liberals to torpedo the deal that would preserve nuclear energy in Ohio it should be obvious to everyone what was really going on.  The same greenie weenie policies from environmentalists who want to cover Ohio with windmills and solar power, without really understanding the long-term consequences should be obvious to everyone by now.  They want more than anything to control the people of Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma—everywhere by controlling how much power people can get, so that they can forcibly remove human beings carbon footprint as the end result of their activism.  Its not about providing successful energy needs in a next generation state, its about limiting the power consumption of the human race by weening them off the needs for power.  But while all that activism is applied, nobody thinks about not having power for weeks on end when the temperature outside a home is below zero, and there is a very real chance of people dying.  The dysfunctional desire to preserve the earth while killing off human beings is something every legislator should be concerned about.  We continue to see time and time again that liberals do not care about the results of their decisions as they may inconvenience human beings.   They see humans as an impediment to their case of earth worship and their politics and science is bent to reflect their intellectual deficiencies.

Based on what we know now, we should understand that nothing liberals propose in regard to energy source maintenance is for anybody’s good.  We should see every proposal made by liberals as antagonistic toward human endeavor.  The wind power energy generation is a horrendous expense and a technical blemish on reality.  If liberals really cared about the environment, they wouldn’t consider building that many windmills dotting the entire countryside for miles and miles in all directions just to avoid a few nuclear power plants that most people would never see, and would be a lot more reliable in power maintenance.  Just as if they didn’t want to see forest fires every year in the West, they would do grounds maintenance to clear up all the undergrowth and protect people’s homes.  Instead, they secretly want people’s homes destroyed because liberals don’t think the homes should have been built at all in the first place.  The less that humans populate the earth, the better the policy as far as liberals are concerned, and the evidence of their actions comes out every time there is one of these natural disasters, crazy snowstorms, forest fires, hurricanes, etc.  Then when they are caught, the argue that snowstorms are caused by global warming, they say that forest fires are caused by global warming, they say that hurricanes are caused by global warming and that there are only 10 years to correct the situation without a shred of evidence that they can point to for testimony of truth.  There is a whole lot more evidence of election fraud in the 2020 elections than there is that climate change is even a remote concern for our present day.  Yet we are making decisions based on liberal views on climate change while we ignore the other issues that are far more certain.  Meanwhile, people are suffering every time a liberal policy fails, as it did in Texas.

Its one thing to be politically critical of the other side for all kinds of reasons, but its another to be up close and personal when everything fails.  Usually, I only see the liberal stupidity from a television or radio broadcast, from the safety of my home.  But for the windmills freezing up in Texas, I was right there in the middle of it watching it in live time.  And the mass stupidity was obvious.  Without question, the Republicans of Texas got suckered into accepting these greenie weenie proposals from liberals in order to shut them up over some other issue by giving a little here to protect something over there.  But the totality of the failure is that windmills should have never been a part of any deal.  Its easier to say that in hindsight now that the tragedy has occurred.  Nobody knew what would happen to the windmills should a zero-degree snowstorm ever hit Texas.  But now that it happened, the lessons can’t be ignored.  And what we do going forward should be understood for the day after tomorrow.

Woke Culture is Government Mind Control: The essence of being free is to think your own thoughts

There are lots of conspiracy books on the government experiments with mind control.  Many would assume that these mechanisms of mind control would be super scientific and would involve technology at some level.  But in truth, mind control is really a series of simple tricks that are well exampled in the post 2020 election cycle and are more psychological rather than literal.  For instance, the current social trend of wokeness is just such a form of mind control, the design is to tear away an individual’s personal judgments about something then to replace that value system with a government sanctioned position.  Such as forcing people to accept gay rights or transgender politics into policy making decisions so that our emotional barriers are removed to such things.  However, when we talk about freedom, we aren’t just talking about physical rights, such as rights to have a firearm to protect private property obtained through hard work and tenacity.  We are most importantly protecting our right to think what we want, to own our private thoughts.  This current government/corporate conglomeration certainly has as a goal to remove private thoughts through peer pressure to obtain a collective result of net zero judgments so that the government can replace what our thoughts are—and I find that profoundly insulting.  Recently, because of the woke trends and my statements about the freakshow health director from Pennsylvania that Beijing Biden has put on his staff, the Rocky Horror Picture Show dude, I have had several angry comments thrown my way, which are completely irresponsible and hostile at the most basic level.  But it also serves as an excellent platform for discussing the essentials of personal freedom that are at the core of this woke argument of our modern times.

As I said in the video above, my view on life and how we interact with each other is that we have an obligation to treat family members, work associates, political affiliates, everyone really as fairly as possible.  Saying that, I know lots of people from many diverse backgrounds and can think of off the top of my head several people who are now calling themselves transgender.  I personally interact with hundreds of people each week, sometimes thousands, and nobody could ever accuse me of not treating anybody with utmost courtesy and respect.  In fact, many people who know me well are bewildered how I can hold my opinions about so many things the way I do.  However, as anybody who reads here knows, I have a great many strong opinions about a great number of topics, and my mind doesn’t get changed once I determine a position.  For me my social projection is a shield to guard my inner thoughts, I don’t feel it necessary to unleash my inner thoughts to the acceptance of group behavior, which is the essential ingredients behind many of the government mind control experiments that have been conducted over the years.  Humans are social animals and they seldom graduate their thought processes beyond that of children who look for peer approval before arriving at a conclusion.  If you deny the peer approval, you can thus control the thoughts of the people seeking it.  My position is the reverse, I gather outside influence then determine out of all the data what I think about it and I arrive at my core values that way, independent of outside shaping. 

That means I can deal with gay people, or transgender people experimenting with their psychological output to society in general with a polite façade of fairness, but I can also have an opinion about their behavior that may be good or bad.  My thoughts on the matter are not subject to the definitions of a government, a media, or a peer of any kind.  My thoughts are my thoughts, and I am free to have them.  In any independence movement, personal thoughts are the very first thing we should be concerned with.  We have an obligation to fairness and all the variety of people that there are in the world and why they think the way they do, but we are free to have an opinion about things based on our experience.  We are humans and we have a right and obligation to judge.  When a government, or anybody for that matter tells us “not to judge,” they are essentially telling us not to think, and its at that point that we stop being human, and certainly where we give up our core responsibility to independence. 

What we have been seeing among the government commitment to woke culture, and even the corporate scams to suck up to the power of government, such as we have seen from Disney, Coke, Facebook and many others is an acceptance of mind control.  They aren’t interested in fairness in society, they want to control what you think about things and how you come about to think it, which is the most dangerous kind of mind control yet attempted in the history of the world on such a mass level.  While it might seem harmless enough to disguise mind control behind fairness, it is not the same thing.  They are two different processes, not one that is mangled together meant to destroy the entire thought process of personal judgment.  Once we allow our minds to fall to such mind control, we lose the ability to think about anything, which is the goal of these aggressors.  While the surface argument might be to insult our sensibilities with transgender politics or gay rights, we forget that the real issue is simply sexual politics—something that really only concerns us as human beings for about 30 years of our lives—and so in the process of doing all this we lose our ability to think about everything from big topics to small topics for the young and old alike forcing us to turn to government for our definitions of thoughts. 

True, I do have a unique perspective on this, I live my life in such a way and have for a long time.  I’m willing to give a bit while interacting with people I strongly disagree with.  But when I get away to the quiet of my own mind, I turn myself loose to enjoy the freedom to think what I want when I want to for as long as I wish and that is how I’ve maintained a balance over many years happily.  I share it here to help whomever can find peace with it.  But it is deeply insulting to even hear any accusation meant for less developed people to be held to the government defined judgments of a woke culture.  That certainly doesn’t apply to me and I have to remind everyone thinking and doing that kind of activity that once you give up your ability to think for yourself and to have opinions formed from your own experience, you have thrown yourself on an alter of wokeness to be programed by a stupid society of government pinheads who could care less about fairness.  All they want is your mind and that by playing their silly woke game, you are surrendering the most valuable part of yourself to a bunch of idiots essentially for free, and that is a really dumb thing to do.

The Trophy of the QAnon Shaman: How to beat the Big Government types

Before I get into the really sad story of the Qanon Shaman let me give you the secret to beating these government losers.  Its simple really, they want your approval.  They want to be liked and respected.  They are after all the popular kids from your grade school days.  They want to be class president or President of the United States, or even the world.  They want desperately a title to define them such as communist teacher union supporter Jill Biden.  These idiots just want a title that you’ll respect.  They spend every moment in their lives building such a life, so the way to destroy their very existence is by denying them what they crave.  And in doing so they will rot on the vine like grapes without water.  I’m a tremendous gun rights supporter, and I am one who personally would prefer a physical fight in the traditional way.  But I’ve been doing this a long time in my hometown, and I’ve thought hard on this situation after learning what we did about the Trump presidency and what our FBI has been up to over the years, how they are working for the enemy these days for all the reasons I’ve mentioned, because they think the Democrats are the cool kids from their school days.  The behavior is hard wired into us all from our education systems including the way we think about fighting and conflict.  But in truth, these idiots are easy to beat.  They are naturally incompetent, and they want to be liked to hide it.  Hit them in those issues and you will have them reeling.  You don’t need to attack the capitol, and you don’t need to get yourself all up in a dander.  You have all the weapons to beat these bastards.  The Constitution provides everything you need for the occasion.  Don’t get caught playing their game. 

I’m not a Qanon guy, never have been.  Because to do so would be to admit that there is some power greater to us all working behind the scenes and that’s just not the case.  In the above video I referred to the government behind the government, which is true.  It’s the finance class that hides in the shadows and puts money where they want to control the situation.  But there is nothing special about them.  There is nothing special about the secret societies like the Skull and Bones, and the Illuminati, not from my perspective.  I don’t care what secret rituals the Masons have.  I don’t care if lizard people from some other planet are secretly behind the New World Order.  To me its all irrelevant.  Those people are no more special than you or I dear reader and they certainly don’t have power over us.  Now by default, they may pretend they have power because they are in secret societies closed off to the world outside, so in that vacuum of thought, they think they are masters of the universe.  But in reality, they are small-minded people with coffee stains on their polo shirts with too many nose hairs coming out of their noses.  In the end what they want is rectification for their school days where they wanted to be one of the cool kids, the popular kids, and they have spent the rest of their lives trying to get there, even if it means they get a government job to be one.    

The military insurrection act that was behind the Trump voter cheat story was likely a plant by the Democrats to plant the seeds for their last-ditch effort to get rid of Trump forever with the phony impeachment.  Just as they planted the phony Russian Hoax story during all the years of the Trump presidency so to cover the real China interference in the 2020 election that was long planned, they managed to sucker people like this Qanon Shaman guy into storming the capitol and acting badly so they could catch him and make an example of him.  I personally thought what he did was pretty good, marching into the chambers of congress and showing everyone that it was really the people’s house and that he was taking it back.  But whatever he gained he gave up much faster as soon as the lawyers got a hold of him and he folded like wet poker cards soaked in whiskey and falling apart in the fingers of the players who were too drunk to notice.  Rather than being the bold Trump supporter he turned on President Trump way too fast erasing anything good that might have come out of his actions otherwise.  He would have been better not to even be at the Capitol that day than to go, poke the popular kids in the eye, then get caught and turned into hamburger by the system they control.  When you fight people like this don’t fight the fight you wish you were fighting, fight the fight that is in front of you on the terms that are required.  Don’t let them control the ground you fight on. 

You always hear, don’t bring a knife to a gunfight.  Actually, a knife does a great job in any fight, it does way more damage than a bullet, so maybe you do bring a knife in case the other guy misses.  But these government types are all about passive aggressive combat.  Fighting them straight won’t work.  So, hit them where it hurts them the most.  Hit their insecurities, their need to be wanted and loved.  Their desire to be popular and their tendencies to be incompetent.  Be critical of their every move, which is easy because they can do nothing right.  The reason they want to be in the popular herd is because individually they lack the skills for competency, so that is where you hit them.  Don’t let them play tricks on your eyes and ears and fall for the conspiracy theories they plant like bait in the water to draw you into a fight where they control the ground.  That’s what happened to the Qanon Shaman and you see what they did with that fish once they pulled him into their boat.  They stuffed him and mounted him on their wall like a trophy, and they’ll do the same to any of us if we take their bait.  Rather, turn the tables on them and hit them where it really hurts.  And don’t hesitate. 

They control the government; they control the law.  They control almost everything you can see and hear in the media.  But they don’t control your mind.  They want to, but they don’t.  They want you to worship them, to make them feel smart and powerful.  They need you to be suckered into their mirage so they can feel good about themselves, that’s why they took government jobs to begin with.  But they don’t want you to know that you have all the power.  When the Qanon Shaman walked into that congressional chamber he was acknowledging that he had invaded a place of power, as if he were taking power away from them.  And in so doing, he broke many laws, and they can now throw the book at him, because they control the book and the ground.  But in truth, it was a power they never had.  They only gained the power by being a victim to a menace they created by poking us through the fence and daring us to attack them.  Democrats gain all their powers from victimhood—so don’t fight them that way.  Instead, fight them where they are most vulnerable—in their ability to be competent.

The Terrorists of Devos: Attacking America from a climate change summit to spread global communism

So, you want to know what the summation of the Devos Economic Summit of 2021 was?  You remember last year that I reported that last year’s summit was all about getting rid of President Trump, because the America First agenda was going against the world’s desire for global communism.  And it was there that they all decided to advance their coronavirus weapon early as was just war gamed at the Event 201 symposium in New York during October 2019.  Of course, that event had been sponsored by Bill and Malinda Gates, among others so everywhere their money touched, especially the World Health Organization, was ready to implement the climate change radicalism that was really behind the Covid-19 weapon that was then unleashed by China into an unsuspecting world.  These new terrorists now had the money, they weren’t the old kind of Weather Underground, or Ted Kaczynski types of yesteryear.  No, these modern terrorists have gone from working outside of the government to become part of it by actually buying the kind of politicians that used to come after them.  And the plans for this new kind of terrorism was unleashed at Devos in 2020 after Trump gave his great speech about the state of American economic independence. 

With all that in mind, the 2021 summit unveiled the communist terrorists’ new plans which was to overtly take over American capitalism through Covid-19 and invoking the world with a Great Reset, which was essentially was the long-established plans to inject global communism in every country in the world once the United States had fallen.  With the corporate incursion of the American presidential election pushing Trump out of office with an election fraud coup the Devos crowd was feeling haughty at their chances now that they had Biden in the White House who would sign into law anything they put in front of him.  Through executive orders, Biden had already shown that he would do as promised when the backers of his presidency had set up the plan early in 2020 for him.  Biden just wanted to die with the title “president” next to his name for history to remember just as his wife wanted to be known for a “doctor.”  These were after all easy people to control so long as titles meant so much to their small intellects and they were living up to their expectations.  With all that put forth, it was time for the global communists to make their move, which was the theme of Davos 2021. 

Now most of the time articles like this are written, it is from the point of view of victimhood, as if the big guys are crushing the little guys. However, that is not my approach, and is also why I go by the name of Overmanwarrior.  These losers at Devos are not superior to me.  And I would argue dear reader that they aren’t superior to you either.  You have all the control over your life, and they can’t stand it.  They do everything they can to hide from that reality to the point where they are always engaged in all these secret societies.  They are “secret” because they don’t want to get their asses kicked.  While they are at Devos and other places they can hide from reality behind their billions of dollars and think that its OK to tamper with our elections and plan attacks against our country.  They can buy our politicians who are cheap sluts on the intersection of every street and think that will be enough to conquer the United States of America.  If only they could get Mitch McConnell out of the way, or Trump, that they could easily take over America and establish their Great Reset.  After all, Bill Gates told them so, the little geek himself from Microsoft.  And of course, if you are communist schemer from some other country one look at Mark Zuckerberg would lead you to believe that Americans are easy to kick around.  I’d think that if I didn’t know better. 

Yet what never gets talked about at these Devos Summits and the other climate change gatherings they have around the world trying to micromanage our lives in every way possible like kids playing some video game, not rooted in reality, but in fantasy completely, is that the silent majority is still in charge in America and they aren’t going to go along with these stupid plans.  As I said in the video above, the billionaire class of people who run our American government now only want people to bend the knee to them in some Game of Thrones fashion.  They want revenge for that high school date they never had, or the bullies in school who pulled their underwear up over their heads at recess.  They have all the money in the world, but deep down inside they are still 12-year-old kids who never got over being the unpopular geeks nobody respected and were picked on for their stringy hair and stupid looking glasses.  They have been plotting their revenge for decades and aligned themselves with global communism not because it was a good idea, but because it made the most statistical sense from a purely strategic level.  And once they married overpowering liberal women such as Gates did and Zuckerberg, they quickly adopted their wives points of views on climate change which was defined by Ted Kaczynski’s manifesto against technology and modern living.  Twitter’s Jack Dorsey even took on the look of Kaczynski and has turned to eastern meditation to guide him in his communist thoughts and liberal activism. 

But all these plans were made in the vacuum of reality where only their inner sanctum of yes people agreed with them so they could get a fat paycheck and to keep their job.  In so doing, the terrorists of Devos never considered all aspects of their maniacal plans, that the American people were far from conquered and in accepting their communist proposals.  Without the proper perspective, the terrorists of Davos, the architects of the Great Reset in converting the world to communism, including the United States forgot that people just elected Donald Trump for president in 2016 and in 2020 10 million more people at least voted for him again.  These are not people ready to accept communism as their reality, far from it.  And the assumption from the Davos crowd was that they could purchase the election for Biden in 2020 and everything would snap into normal again, which would fulfill the goals of many Davos meetings over the years.  Yet that goal only worked on paper.  Reality was a long way from their assumptions.  With all that said, I see major flaws in their plans, and they are easy to beat.  They are not the big scary bad guys that conspiracy theories want to think of these losers.  I certainly will never be “bending the knee” to these Devos people, or anybody for that matter.  I didn’t vote for these idiots, and I’m not going to listen to what they have to say.  I don’t work for them.  I’m not going to work for them, ever.  And they have not accounted for the fact that there are at least 75 million people just like me who feel the same way.  That is why ultimately they will fail in these plans, but are something we should pay attention to as their plans will require our defense of our country due to their intentions.

How Cancel Culture Destroys Lives: A real lesson from a real past

It’s one thing to speculate on the impact of a cancel culture, but what I talk about in the video above is one that started a long time ago which now has a direct result which ignited a chain reaction to a business demise.  The business I am featuring was a very nice restaurant in the West Chester, Ohio area that was very popular.  I went there often and I knew the guy well.  He was a nice guy, hardly a political radical, but he was getting tired of paying excessive taxes to the Lakota school system which is the area government school controlled by a teacher’s union that means to teach our kids Marxism and woke sentiments that will ultimately destroy their minds.  But 10 years ago, not so many people were pointing out these things and when some of the mad mother barnacles of the teacher’s union found out that this business owner was part of a group I was in to fight the tax increases they came after him with fangs out threatening to boycott this restaurant until its destruction.  As you can see from the video, he eventually had to close the doors for a lot of reasons, but it all started with that Lakota boycott issue a decade prior.

I covered the drama on this blog site back then, but the point of this article is to deal with the results.  It was wrong then for community activists to attack a business for voicing an opinion stating that the point of their discontent was to protect their children into having a good education.  That was their justification.  But now that the building sits empty and is not bringing joy to the community as it once did, we must look at the cost of these early phases of cancel culture which are now threatened so voraciously that we hardly notice them any longer due to the frequent occurrences.  Without question if we look at the children now a decade later after these Lakota activists have done their damage was it worth it to see them now, tattooed losers experimenting with drugs in their early 20s with their government school days long behind them.  To see their lonely dispositions wasting their life and hating their parents because those same Lakota activists were caught living their lazy lives and needs for attention through their children only to exploit them into ruin.  Its safe to say none of those children grew up to be the next Einstein or Elon Musk.  At best they will be just like their parents once the drug years are behind them and maybe they’ll get their acts together well enough to buy a house and pay a mortgage.  But beyond that, they’ll probably fall short of their parent’s pathetic existence. 

And meanwhile there sits empty a once thriving business full of dreams and hope where the community came together often to share in joy.  It was sacrificed to the starving whims of the progressives and anarchists of our Lakota community, largely people who moved in from failed communities elsewhere starving to put their kids into a successful school district while they as parents acted badly and hoped that the government school would wave a magic wand and make their kids better than they were.  And to fight for that, the pro tax parents and union radicals were willing to destroy all the risk and rewards of a business owner and to consume him as a martyr at an alter of liberalism for the proven failures of a communist society.  Ten years ago, when I said such things people thought it was kooky.  Now they know it wasn’t harsh enough.  I knew people only could take so much.  In hindsight its quite clear, but back then, the children they were fighting for still had uncharted lives, they were an open book.  And the lazy parents thought that if only we raised taxes to appease the teachers union running Lakota schools, that miraculously some pixy dust might make their kids have a good life. 

But virtually all of those kids from then until now are rotting away in a hopeless existence, drinking too much, indulged too much on pornography and with hardly any good job opportunities.   Many of them have never really broken away from home even with vast educations.  Their parents blame them for not leaving home for a lot of reasons, most of them they blame on politics, on Trump’s tweets, or some other social conditions.  But what they don’t want to admit to themselves is that their 25 year old child is still looking for the love of their parents which they were denied when they were in school because the parents had dropped them off at the public school babysitter to raise while they ran around going to social gatherings with other political radicals who would rather spend time with other loser parents wanting to get invited to an event at the Four Bridges Country Club rather than spend time with those same kids. Now that it is clear that the government schools failed the kids, and the parents failed the kids, what is there for the kids of that generation.  Now they are empty husks of hope just as that restaurant sits empty and lifeless.  The boycott radicals destroyed everything in their wake just as they thought at the time that they were saving the world.  History will never forget what they did.

Well, I did say all this back then, only people needed context.  I warned of what would happen back when the world was still somewhat normal.  Now those same cancel culture tactics are used even more widely, including among social media platforms.  Yet the results will be the same.  Lives will be destroyed in the process the same as if a looter came in the night and stole everybody’s stuff or even killed them in their sleep.  The acts of maliciousness disguised as if often is as justice, or righteousness as defined by communist radicals fighting against capitalism is the mode of massive social failure.  However, even with improper definitions for things, the reality will always be the same.  The action of suppressing opinion and reality will always result in the destruction of culture and opportunity for all.  That restaurant is a sad story.  But what is even a sadder story is that ten years from now because of what we are seeing today, the impact of negativity and cost to happiness in life for everyone will be much greater and far reaching.  Few people ever think about how much energy it takes to start a restaurant and to maintain one.   But when those efforts come up short, everyone loses, which is the lesson here.  But the efforts of the liberal left are always justified for a good cause, a sacrifice for the benefit of society.  Of course only too late does everyone see with clarity how false that premise was yet what remains is a closed business that could have contributed to a healthy society, instead it sits there a rotting memory of a better time and place before the mistakes of liberalism did their damage and ruined the lives of many more people in the process

I Love the NRA: After Davos 2021, you should too

I think about it often, especially in these times.  I love the NRA; I love every single edition I receive each month of American Rifleman and I love that they are out there fighting as a personal lobbyist on behalf of the Bill of Rights.  The reason they are so hated is because they have stood in the way of the communist attempts to completely take over our nation.  Where so many have failed, the NRA has been out there doing the good work of standing in the way of complete insurrection by those same communists as they have infiltrated the Democrat Party and even made grounds into the Republicans.  As I showed in the video above, the November issue with Donald Trump on the cover which covered all the important political races across the country is one of the best I ever received, and it now represents a snapshot in history when all was well.  Trump was president, and the NRA was fighting the good fight from a position of strength.  I remember when that edition came in the mail, it was my America, and I was proud of it.

In the wake of the election though, the progressive communist plans for America were revealed as massive voter fraud was unleashed to preserve the criminals who were taking power by force and the state of New York came after the NRA with lawsuits intent to destroy the lobbying organization that had been around for over 134 years.  The enemy was attacking from every direction as deeply laid plans were being revealed to us by the day.  In the wake of that aggression the intent was to get Trump out of office and to end the NRA forever by crushing its brand and driving it into bankruptcy.  In reaction to those aggressions were for the NRA to file bankruptcy while it still had assets before being cleaned up in legal fees and to move the operation to Texas, where the last bastions of freedom are being played out before our eyes.  Everyone is moving to Texas, or turning to Texas for a stable foundation of American freedom, even Elon Musk these days. 

Now that doesn’t excuse some of the bad behavior that has come out of the NRA as the people at the top have been fighting for power, the expensive dinners, the unnecessary travel, anything that has given personal enrichment to those like the NRA Executive Wayne LaPierre.  I get it, I’ve been to many $12,000 lunches and can see how the perks can get out of control.  I see that as a management problem, not a morality issue.  Wayne and the gang have done a good job defending gun rights even if the perks did fill in the gaps from the hard battles to the point where legitimate questions had to be raised.  The NRA has done a good job cleaning up and managing its affairs without disenfranchising its millions of members.  All organizations must cleanse themselves of abuses at times which is why gun rights are so important, because when government fails to check itself, there is nothing to stop them.  In the NRA’s case, the media called them out and they had to make corrections.  Especially given the hostile nature of the media.  The media isn’t so hostile when it comes to government, so there always needs to be some force that keeps power in check.  For America, its guns that stand between the forces of ill intent and the maintenance of natural law under Constitutional protections. 

Saying all that, I can’t see any reason why all 75 million people who voted for Trump is not an NRA member because to me they are all one in the same.  As Trump restructures his political future, there is one organization that truly represents the MAGA movement officially as a government lobbyists and that is the NRA.  I would encourage everyone reading and those who have yet to read this to sign up for an NRA membership.  They are the best orthodox way to fight the vast evils that are going on right now with fast boots on the ground.  What they have been saying about the NRA in the media is the same kind of hogwash that they have been saying about Trump, and the public prosecutions the same and for the same reasons.  The government and their insurgent allies want them out of the way so they can completely take over America.

As I said last year when the unelected billionaire class of people heard what Trump was saying and decided to launch Covid-19 as a “Great Reset” at Davos, there is more crazy news this year that was just announced.  Obviously as I always say, as long as we are functioning as a sovereign country we should follow the Bill of Rights and not go to an armed war with these foreign insurgents, even the domestic enemies like Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, George Soros and many others.  We can still defeat them under the rules of our republic.  But we have foreign communist attackers, which were revealed even more so this year at Davos who intend the collapse of America, and it is at that point where armed conflict would be the only option.  But to avoid that, we still have the NRA which may be able to avoid such a mass carnage.  And for that I appreciate the NRA more than ever.  In many ways, they are all that stands between all out conflict and civility.  The communists of the world are testing the fences, we have domestic enemies in high level politics who have sold us out, so we look to have a fight on our hands which we didn’t ask for.  The preservation of the NRA means peace, not war.  A strong NRA means the preservation of our nation which everyone should want and is why I love them so much.

The more we have to look at all that is wrong with America as the insurgent communist Democrats make their moves under an Beijing Biden administration, the more relieving it is to look through an NRA magazine of your choice to see how things are supposed to look.  The enemy means to deceive our eyes and ears with the visuals of a global great reset, but they have no right to do such a thing.  We never elected them; they are working outside of our government parameters for an insurgency that the domestic enemies have prepared for them.  As they try to turn our eyes toward nonsense like impeachment of a president who is in full control in Florida, they try to hide their real plans for the complete destruction of America by global forces who first want to take our guns, dumb down our resistance to them, and steal our notions of private property and private thought and action to a new world order of micromanaged communist insurrection run by an invisible cabal of wealthy doomsayers who want to save the world with their distorted vision of reality.  They are like the ultimate Bond villains, only this time the movie plot is real.  And there are few things that stand in the way, but one of them is the wonderful, and tenacious, NRA.
