The Character of the IRS: Grown adults who desire to be 15-year-olds

I thought it was a joke when I saw the video of IRS workers practicing their dance moves for an upcoming training conference in Anaheim, which lasts just under three minutes, and comes out weeks after it was revealed that agency workers produced two other videos parodying the “Star Trek” and “Gilligan’s Island” TV shows.

The newest recording shown below costs about $1,600 and was produced to be shown at the end of a 2010 training and leadership conference held in California.  Yet, the video is not a joke, it was done with serious intentions behind it with a mentality that is shockingly similar to the type of adolescent shenanigans that are common in most high schools.  CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.  Not only is the video an insult, but the behavior of the people is even more disturbing.  The money spent is obviously ridiculous—the Star Trek and Gilligan Island videos cost roughly $60,000 to make.  This latest one is just icing on the cake of utmost failure.  But the culture shown in the video is much more disturbing to me.  Have a look.

Basically, what’s seen in that video are grown adults who are at  the mental level of a 15 year-old, as described in one of my previous articles.  The social cluster that is evident in the culture of the IRS nearly duplicates any local high school in America, which makes sense as they are both institutions of government creation.  But what is disturbing is that the participants think they are being cool in the process of these film creations.  Being cool—young and hip is much more important to them than being right and wise, which is a major failure of our current society.

In the video at the link above where my local public school of Lakota was doing a large music video to raise money for Spina Bifda it doesn’t take much looking to see that the effort was driven by the adults of the school, in some bizarre attempt to be young again with their students.  When it comes to acting silly, and being “crazy,” young people are allowed some behavior fluctuations as they are still growing.  They’ve only been on earth for 15 to 18 years and have a lot to learn.  But when adults crave with every essence of their bodies to be “young” again, there is a real problem when such people are put into positions of authority.  There is a section of that Lakota video, shown below for review, where the school superintendent and the school board are seen dancing like a bunch of lunatics.  The superintendent actually held up a sign saying something to the effect as “superintendents’ rock.”

If an adult has a desire to “re-live” their youth so they can enjoy the so-called best days of their life—there is something wrong with their minds.  It wouldn’t take much effort to prove that those minds are suffering a varied degree of mental illness.  These types of psychologically deficient people are often found running for school boards, chaperoning school dances, and hauling their children to every social event so they can be on the “inside” as much as possible with the lives of young people.  The behavior really becomes a problem when it is considered that such neurosis is the root of millions of dollars of wasted money as such minds are incapable of proper management of their own lives, let alone guarding tax payer resources.

The IRS workers in the Anaheim training video is but a window into the world of the typical government worker—the undeveloped mind of the typical bureaucrat who craves desperately to return to the pubescent body of a 15-year-old child to be forever young.  The workers thought their video was cool, and socially hip.  Like a bunch of teenagers who have no value for money, or the worth of real life things, they saw no reason to avoid spending vast sums of money on a stupid video showing other IRS workers how cool they are, and how they can self-parody – which is the new cool.

The trend of a statist, collectivist oriented society is to declare to the world that one is imperfect and is in essence no better than the next person.  The best way to do so is to perform public actions that display humility.  This lets others know in a group that one does not take themselves too seriously, and are prone to self-sacrifice for the good of the many.  This is the culture of government and why teenagers behave so badly in public after being taught by government schools for 10 years of their already short lives.  They are taught by idiots to be idiots—so we shouldn’t expect anything less of them.  But for years, the behavior was hidden from the outside world as only those who worked for such institutions saw what really went on.  That was how life was before YouTube took away censorship, and put up honesty for all to see good and bad.   That is what we can see in the IRS video, and the Lakota music video, government institutions who think they are doing good, that are actually displaying a gross desire to be simple teenagers.

The cost of the federal government as it is operated by these insufficient bureaucrats is incalculable.  Leaving such people in charge of anything is similar to leaving teenagers alone at home while vacationing.  As soon as any responsible party leaves the house, the teenagers want to have some kind of destructive party and the house gets trashed.  These are the type of people who are running the government.  They are grown adults who think like children, and they simply duplicate in their government offices replicas of their glory days in high school—the government institution that shaped their thoughts.  The IRS officials saw no problem with their video production.  They didn’t care what the cost was, because like teenagers, they have no value for such things.  Their emphasis was completely on what’s “cool” and shows the greatest humility in a public setting.

I find the IRS video appalling.  It’s not cool.  It’s not cute.  And the people dancing in the video look like idiots, I feel sorry for their kids who have been robbed of a proper role model—and given a tremendous disadvantage in life.  The behavior points to how easily the culture of the IRS was able to turn the power and fury of the federal government toward conservative Tea Party groups as the odd balls in society just as children in a school are taught to identify children who are not “cool” as targets of social bullying, and peer pressure.  The culture of complacency is in place by the very nature of the typical IRS worker, who is simply a grown teenager, and just as irresponsibly dangerous.  Only those teenagers are given authority over our society in every context, and that is an abomination that needs to be revisited with a dedication to a flat tax that would allow us to dismantle the IRS as it is now so that taxpayers aren’t forced to pay for such silly employees with their hard-earned money. If there was ever a rally cry for such a need, the dancing training video done by the IRS is it!

  1. One should differentiate between the rank and file at IRS and the management and technical divisions.
IRS is a big outfit. Yes, the worker bees are worker bees, they drone on and on. Not exactly dynamic people.
Talk to the IRS managers or better yet the technical support division and you will find people smarter than yourself. I am impressed by what they know.
My Aunt and Uncle retired from IRS Atlanta and they were no dummies. My aunt is a math prodigy.
Yes the agency is STAFFED with card punchers, what do you expect from card punchers?
They are high turnover, low motivation workers. I don’t deal with them often so I don’t care!
If I do have to deal with one at a public office for something basic like and address change I treat the situation like I would an interaction at a fast food restaurant. I am courteous and respectful, I gain the worker’s full attention, I give clear instructions and smile while they are thrilled I noticed them. Try it, it works with the most lonely forgotten drones. Rather than criticize I suggest having some empathy for these folks.

But for the Grace of God there go I. A soul is a soul no matter how sleepy or lost. Pitty them if anything.

So how is this video any different from a fast food worker motivation video? I expect the fast food workers are much faster and livelier, but ticket punchers are ticket punchers! What do you expect. Better them than me!

      1. Fast food workers are funded by taxes. Each time a federal reserve note is spent for food it is an expense of the United States which increases the national debt. Bizzare I know! Technically you can either accept the fast food since it is already paid for in advance by your credit the company borrowed from the Fed or you can choose to pay a tax by using a federal reserve note. Everything is either prepay or tax. I am using prepay, tax recipient not taxpayer. So now if I go to Wendy’s and order a chicken sandwich it is NOT paid for by me in taxes (federal reserve notes) but is received by me as a tax recipient.
Technically Wendy’s should give you a coupon to cover the cost of your meal. If they do not they are engaging in illegal federal tax withholding and are in possession of contraband funds/ unwarranted admiralty prize. You need to get a refund of 100% of everything you spent last year using federal reserve notes, otherwise you are supporting Wendy’s with tax dollars.

  2. Reblogged this on shaynroby and commented:
The IRS did a Gilligan’s Island parody. No word on whether Thurston Howell III was targeted because of his immense wealth and possible conservative leanings.

  3. As all government productions (including government schools) these training (?) videos were geared to the lowest common denominator. To your point about the so called educators reliving their teen years in the high schools where they spend their later years: Yes, they are remaining old teenagers for their entire careers. Imagine having to attend proms, sporting events, choir, band and play activities with teenagers for 30 years. Any person of intellect would be bored out of their minds. These people build this activity to be the most important in the world. Common Core is just falling into their laps as another dumbing down trek to robothood. Teachers now prey on on the youngest children during their early developmental years. They are targeting six year olds who seem to be using their fingers for a gun, draw a gun, have a sandwich or a chip that has a stretched likeness of a gun. They are expelling five year olds. One deaf child was suspended because his name in sign language resembled a gun? This activity places all children at risk as they label them as misfits and dangerous. This compels the other kids to toe the line so that they “fit in.” Crazies are running the Department of Education and people with no conscience are following the leaders. Sick!

  5. This whole scandal is staged. The corporations want the IRS abolished. There is no tax on individuals because each of the living people has an exemption. The corporations do not have an exemption.
As the American People slowly wake up to the fact that we are exempt from income taxes, the tax burden will fall back on the corporations where it belongs. So the race is on to get the American People to demand that the IRS be abolished! Out of ignorance and spite you will only re-enslave yourself.
If you don’t believe me that’s ok, just send me your tax statements. They are not bills if you look at them carefully. They are just statements showing how much the IRS has already charged your exemption account.
Your duty is to approve the amount charged and get it back to IRS so they can levy the tax on the corporations. If you do not approve the statement then you are in breach of fiduciary duty and you will have to pay the amount on the statement. It only becomes a bill if you fail to approve the charges the IRS wants to levy on the corporations.
I’ve already approved seven IRS statements for 223,000.00.
Why are you criticizing your tax collector. IRS does not collect taxes from you it collects them from the corporations for you, unless of course you are ignorant of your fiduciary duty to simply approve the tax levy.
Then you will pay in the place of the corporations.
If IRS is abolished and your exemption goes away, now who will pay the tax? Corporations? No, you useful idiots who did the corporations work for them by abolishing a tax which you were not liable to pay in the first place!
If anyone doesn’t want his tax refund offer please send it to me immediately. I prefer the fresh ones that just arrived in the mail. Right now I’m trying to get one for 800,000.00 but the lady just won’t let go of her pain body. She can’t seem to understand that her death grip on that IRS tax statement is crazy. It’s not a bill, it is a tax refund check for 800,000.00!
    Miserable people love their misery!
I cannot separate them from their own self inflicted misery!

Are you a taxpayer or are you a tax recipient?
    That is the only question.

I am a tax recipient. Please send me your tax statements!

    1. I like corporations. I don’t like governments. So why would I want to “stick it” to the corporations? And I agree the whole event is staged. But will the effect be what “they” desire? Perhaps it will backfire.

The real debate is how much should a society cost, and who should manage it. That determines the amount of tax money needed. Without knowing that, it cannot be managed which creates the situation we have now, government expansion of public sector jobs that get cozy with croney capitialist corporations who use government to eliminate their competition and make themselves profitable through manipulation.

I want the IRS abolished, and I want more corporations, not less of them.

      1. United States is a corporation created February 25, 1872. It is a privately held, for profit predatory corporation. That is what is wrong with the situation. We are living beside a Fascist State.
U.S. government is the current “management” which is also a private corporation!
You can find their trading symbols on trading symbol lookup. I just put in AC, first, that takes to you to Canada first and a list of all the Crown Corporations masquerading as “governments”.
That thing called U.S. government is actually the world’s largest most wildly profitable private enterprise.
It’s revenue exceeds the combined total revenue of the top ten multinational corporations.

Note, the revenue DOES NOT COME FROM TAXES!
Read Taxes for Revenue are Obsolete. The taxes are to divide and conquer the people and it all goes to the creditors to the United States anyway!
The real revenue is all private loans that people make to U.S. Government /State of Ohio department when they are tricked into going into a Department of Treasury office and signing over their hard earned equity in the United States to The Bankrupt State of Ohio and U.S. government. When I say bankrupt I mean bankruptcy protection. The bankruptcy allowed FDR to increase the size of both United States and U.S. government by secretly borrowing from the American People.

The courts are The Department of Treasury local offices. They sell U.S. treasuries. They trick people into coming into their financial institution or kidnap them and then have the people purchase U.S. treasuries on credit. Since each of has 100s of millions of dollars equity in United States corporations we are just loaning our money to the U.S. Government or State of Ohio. If you do not send the IRS a 1099-A notifying them of the loan you made to BUTLER COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS (a financial institution/private bank) then BUTLER COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS keeps the loan you made to them!

How much have you loaned them?

These are real loans out of your trust/Estate and the government thieves are robbing you to hand out your money to themselves and their friends. They are spending down your equity in the United States with no intent to repay you. Note, United States and U.S. government are totally different things.
        Also;
There is no government. There hasn’t been since Woodrow Wilson shut down the Government and handed it over to the private investors in 1913. It’s just a private crime syndicate.
Now, the way to counter this theft from your undisclosed (401K) Estate is to use the IRS to defund the courts and corporations and banks that are robbing you.

        The IRS is your Treasurer.
Act accordingly. It is your own lack of knowledge that has led to U.S. government
growing lke a cancer. Take control of your own estate/401K/pension (equity in United States) and stop letting U.S. Government, bankers, and corporate Execs raid it.

You are an employee of United States, you have a stupid huge bunch of stock in your pension plan.
If others steal and use it for evil it is because you are a clueless incompetent account manager.
Nothing personal, I was too, went to public school.

IRS is neutral, just a tool for either good or Evil.
Don’t blame the gun, blame the man who wields it for Evil.
Please wake up and learn how to use IRS for good.

Do you know any children with medical bills? Send them to me and I will have IRS take care of them.

      2. I agree with you about the 1913 issue, even the 1872 issue. What they have done is wrong, and must be reversed, or reset to the start.

The word “you” in the comment made is not applicable.

        Like

      3. Sorry for using the word you! I should say one can.

My point is what’s done is done. Now what are we going to do about it?

The Progressives in league with the Fascists created a massive Socialist State. The Federal Reserve is the largest trust ever created.
The American People were tricked into Registering all their property to this new communist State under the guise of old age benefits.
Several generations of the American People’s labor and property are now held in this communal pool. Today the trustees of the people’s property suck and are out of control.

The weakness of the system is also our strength.
Because the Fed is what is called a joint stock trust and they gave us each a warranted contracting officer
“job” anyone can sign an order to take care of anything that is necessary. So if one sees a pothole in the road he can determine if a repair is warranted and order it fixed. So the people have the power to do anything. I can order the sick children medical care and I can settle all the bills through the War Contracts Offset Office in San Juan Puerto Rico.

So I say let’s use our dividends from the Estate to do some good. Every dollar of tax revenue that I use is one less that I abandoned to Congress. We each have first dibs on the tax revenue. One can use it for his own health care, choice of Education or whatever. There is no need for Congress or the State legislatures to receive a single penny from the income taxes on the corporations. And there is no need for anyone to pay income tax, we should only receive it.
So it is up to each of us to either claim and defend our Estates and the dividends therefrom or to abandoned them to the State.
Why hire representatives to spend our yearly dividend check when we can each do it ourselves?
